Neuro Revolt Psychiatry is a locally owned, woman-owned psychiatric practice built around a simple idea: mental health care should feel human.
We provide individualized psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on comprehensive evaluations, thoughtful diagnosis, and medication management. Care is collaborative, practical, and shaped around the person—not just the diagnosis.
Meet Your Provider
Mariah Anguita, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Las Vegas native and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of healthcare experience. Her approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and centered on making sure patients have a voice in their care.
